Question: What is hostel?

Answer: Hostel-movement unites people of all nations with no distinction of their race, nationality, religion, sex, class or political opinions. So those people who like traveling but limited in their means can stay in hostels. Hostels are cheap accommodation centers. Here you can be always provided with clean bed and hot shower. Hot and cold water is always available. Hostels are always equipped with a kitchen. The client can leave his (or her) luggage in the checkroom and take it any time he (or she) likes. Hostels are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The IYHF offers today nearly 4 thousand 5 hundred hostels in over 60 countries world wide.

Question: Why should I stay at your place?

Our Hostel provides the perfect way to get to know St. Petersburg at low cost and meet with many other people who share your attitude towards traveling.

Question: Is it possible to cook for myself ?

Answer: Yes, our entire hostel is fitted with self-catering kitchen where you can cook to your heart's content.

Question: Will my valuables be secure?

Answer: We provide lockers at every room so you have nothing to worry about when you leave for a walk. Luggage storage room is also available for your convenience at any time.

Question: Is it possible to make a booking for a large group?

Answer: Our hostel is happy to takes reservations for large groups as well as individual travelers. In order to make a reservation please contact our reservation department at least 1 week in advance. We would be glad to provide you with any extra services you need .Also note that groups bigger then 10 people will get discount!

Question: Do you provide a visa support?

Answer: To find out about getting Russian visa please contact nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate. A visa to the Russian Federation is a document that permits to stay in Russia for a specific period of time. A visa lists: entry/exit dates, your vital invitation, passport details, and has two photos stapled to it. Please note, that your Russian visa is an exit permit just as it is an entry permit: if you lose it or stay over your designated departure date, leaving the country could be more troublesome than entering it. Question: How can I cancel or change my reservation?

Answer: Simply contact the call centre +7 812 320 99 96, referring to your booking reference number and your name and dates. Our consultant will then be able to help you with any changes you would like to make.

Question: What happens to my booking if my flight is delayed ?

Answer: Your reservation will be held till 10 p.m. on the day of arrival. If there is a possibility of late arrival, please either call us or send a message to our 24x7 telephone number.
