To provide you with a visa support invitation letter the following details should be required:

full name
fax & telephone number (including country code)
citizenship, date of birth, passport number and passport expiry date
date of entry (to Russia)
date of exit (from Russia)
cities to be visited
method of payment ( if you pay by credit card you need to send the copy of your credit card - both sides )
country where you will get Visa.

To have a confirmed reservation you should pre-pay for the first night's accommodation.
In order to receive the invitation You need to send us your passport data and pay the invitation charge in advance.
